Your merchandise is warranted for ninety (90) days against manufacturing defects. If this is the case with your order, please contact customer service at 1-800-737-5267. We are available to help Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Central Time.
If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in unused and resalable condition with the original packaging. We recommend sending via certified mail with tracking number. We do not accept postage due returns.
To return an item, submit a return request on the site the product was originally purchased or contact customer service at 1-800-737-5267. Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued. Include the RA number on your packing slip. The package should be sent to:

Once your order is received, a refund will be issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
For more information about our pricing, please contact our sales team. Locations and other websites that sell Cheyenne and Silverwood Products are owned and operated independently and have the prerogative, by law, to price items within their own policy. It is for this reason we do not show retail pricing on our website.
