All items are available on a first come, first serve basis. Adding an item to your Wishlist does not reserve the item for purchase. Please contact a sales rep if you would like to back order an item listed as unavailable.

Pricing is determined by the amount purchased during a trailing 12-month period.

Tier 2: $15,000 – $49,999
Tier 3: $1 – $14,999

Payments on the site are via PayPal where major credit cards are accepted. Customers at Tier 1 or Tier 2 pricing can arrange payment terms through a sales representative. To determine which payment options are available to you, please contact our sales team>

All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery. LTL shipments can be arranged for large orders. For customers receiving our Tier 1 or Tier 2 pricing, we can arrange to ship using your preferred carrier and shipping account. Please contact your sales representative for more information.

Your merchandise carries a ninety (90) day warranty against manufacturing defects. If this is the case with your order, please contact customer service at 1-800-737-5267. We are available to help Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Central Time.

No returns or damaged merchandise will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RMA) issued by our Customer Service Department. All returns for reasons other than shipping damage or manufacturer defect are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus shipping and handling.

Once your item is received, a refund will be issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
